Sleepy....
I am sleepy.. I need coffee. or to go back to bed for an hour... I have been reading too much.. Read Harry Potter pretty much as soon as I got out of work until I went to bed.. I guess that I am not old yet.. I still need my sleep..

As part of my fast I have been staying away from sweetened drinks.. pop, koolaid, So I have been having my coffee with just coffee mate, very little.. it just isn't the same as a cafe carmel....

Hey, I considered the notion of coffee this morning as well. It's been over a month since my last date with the beans and I'm sleepy this AM.

I am enjoying a robust cup of Panera Dark and Vibrant coffee this morning, black of course! Woke up this morning ready to have at it with the usual 6 hours of uninterrupted pillow time. Yeah, I'm getting older but man I don't fall asleep at my computer like some of you young bucks do. BBT

I have yet to fall asleep at work.. I am for the most part against naps.. Ask my wife it makes her sad.. I would rather get me sleep at night not during the day.. So if I am napping I am either sick or extraordinarily exhausted.
I did see you taking a nice bike ride with your wife. I am trying to back off of coffee. I was drinking it too much. No headache so far, but that could because I've had a coke-zero.....HMMMMMMM.
I am tired and i am going to bed. nitey nite.
