I have not worked out in over a month. Still tipping the scales at 190 lbs. I want to work out. Dr said that I should really start more because my lipid profile shows that I will develope diabetes just a matter of when. We have it coming from both sides.. You should have yours checked too.

I got my first warning of this sort right after I turned thirty. My blood pressure was pretty high. Exercise fixed it. I am doing some kind of exercise 5-6 days a week. My diet is pretty awful, but it doesn't seem to matter, for now anyway. So get moving, and make it hard. Be so tired at the end of your workouts that your not sure you can move. There's something about nearly killing yourself that actually makes you feel amazing. I'm not kidding. I'm about to start the zone diet and see how it works.
By the way, Mom is doing incredibly well. She is really back. Everbody who's been praying, don't necessarily stop, but you can turn them into prayers of thanksgiving if you want.
