Three and Counting

Well I have worked out three time so far. And I am feeling pretty good. I am weighing in at about 210 lbs and would like to be closer or under 200 lbs with pure muscle. Can it be done? Yes. By me? that is yet to be seen. But I have made the first three steps towards that goal. Now I just need to bring my diet under control. Good luck.

Hey Pedro, you are a studly stealth kinda guy anyway. But, if you are wanting to improve the outside then go for it. I like you just the way you are.

They are goals. Someone once told me prepare you heart like you will die tomorrow and prepare your body like you will live forever. well i don't think that I have it correct but, the idea is live your life for God and you will be prepared for tomorrow, keep your body healthy and in shape and you will be able to serve when God calls.

Just a couple of goals.
